What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the Human Resources (HR) operations of the company and serve as a close advisor to the Chief People Officer (CPO), in aligning and operationalizing the strategies of the company leads.
- Ensure organizational structures and HR processes are optimally designed and executed to facilitate the achievement of business growth, strategic goals, and compliance.
- Oversee the HR Business Partner functions of each division and functional area at SpecialtyCare and the operations of the benefits programs.
- Duties also include due diligence, integration and associate retention with new business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
- Ten (10) years in overall related experience.
- Five (5) years as a strategic, business-oriented Human Resources leader at the Manager or Sr. Manager level with multi-state experience.
- Experience working in a high-growth, private equity backed organization
- Experience working with a distributed workforce in a multi-service line, multi-site and multi-state capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
