Overview
Our client company , a well established CPA firm is adding detail-oriented and knowledgeable ( Temporary ) Office Assistant to their team. This team member must have prior experience working in a CPA firm ! Your expertise in financial software , CCH Axcess , will be essential in delivering accurate and timely services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- After the return is completed , be responsible for E-Filing federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations.
- Organize financial information and attached supporting documents to ensure completion in tax filings. - Use MSWord and Data Entry skills -
- Utilize " CCH Axcess " financial software to manage client accounts efficiently.
- Greet clients and set appointments. Provide exceptional customer service .
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
- * Prior experience using CCH Axcess software is a Must ~
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $26.50 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
