- Maintaining equipment like motors, conveyors, and production systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems with team support
- Inspecting and ensuring the functionality of machines and equipment
- Using basic hand tools (don’t worry, we provide the tools you need!)
- Performing safety checks on all equipment
- Communicating and collaborating with both Maintenance and Production teams
- Keeping your work area clean and operating equipment safely
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of mechanical experience or equivalent background (this is a plus but not required)
- Ability to understand production systems and contribute to team goals
- Excellent attendance and time management skills
- Positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varied temperatures (heat and cold)
- Welding, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical experience is a plus! But don’t worry, we’ll train you!

To join the Spectro Alloys team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, we’re looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in both heat and cold environments (we keep it real, but we’ve got you covered with safety gear)
Background & Screening:
- Must be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screen (Safety first!)
Positive Attitude & Motivation:
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
- Ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Maintenance and Production teams.
- Excellent attendance and strong time management skills
- Positive, reliable attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- 1 year of mechanical experience or equivalent background (this is a plus but not required)
- Ability to understand production systems and contribute to achieving team goals.

- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools (we provide the tools you need!).
