SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee critical human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and talent management. This role ensures HR programs align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and company culture.
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including EEO, FMLA, wage and hour regulations, and workplace safety.
- Provide guidance and coaching to management on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, pay structure adjustments, and performance evaluations.
- Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process and support the evaluation and selection of benefits programs.
- Work closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing on a weekly basis.
- Serve as a key member of the 401(k) fiduciary committee, managing audits and overseeing 5500 filings.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous development and retention.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring department objectives are met effectively.
- Manage HR department budgeting and expenditures.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives clearly across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with pricessing payroll, 401k audits, 5500 filings, and open enrollment a must.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR programs that support business needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with ADP or Oracle is preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
