We are expanding our team and looking for a IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Technician, where our ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tickets and track multiple tasks to completion, while ensuring that each customer is given your absolute best care. Our ideal candidate will find success in bringing the following skills to this opportunity:
· Great customer service skills
· Process driven approach to solving problems
· Basic to good understanding of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
· Works well with other technicians and engineers related to escalations and projects
· Good understanding of Microsoft active directory
· Ability to diagnose networking failures correctly and provide remediation where possible
· Troubleshoot system and network-wide issues and problems
