Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on coaching, development, and performance management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from lead generation to conversion.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to join the sales team.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop training programs to address them.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of outside sales or related work experience, preferably in a leadership role.
