Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Scan incoming client documents
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Process client payments
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
- Print and collate client tax returns
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in a tax office is a plus
- Must be technology proficient and have strong typing skills
