We are looking for an Associate Consultant - Business Development Recruiter to join us for our April training academy!
Start date: April 22nd
Location: On site (75 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004)
Salary: $45,000-50,000 base PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION

*******Cold Calling (50-70 dial outs per day) will be an integral part of this job, individuals in this role love to hunt new business and create relationships with new clients.****

Responsibilities of Business Development Recruiter:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract top talent in business development roles.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing shortlisted candidates and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the offer stage, negotiating terms to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search process.
