Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports as needed.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as the front desk liaison, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other documents using Microsoft Office 365.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting executive functions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an executive administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple deadlines is preferred.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Legal Field is a major plus.
