Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks and returns.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
- Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
