Spherion has partnered with a reputable local company seeking a data-driven and strategic E-Commerce Marketing Manager with expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, high-volume e-commerce sales, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, developing a monthly marketing plan and budget, and strategically reallocating ad spend throughout the day to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and e-commerce platforms with hundreds of daily transactions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment and has a strong understanding of performance marketing and real-time budget allocation.

This is position requires you to work onsite in a corporate office daily, and is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a monthly marketing strategy and budget aligned with sales goals.

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.

Continuously pivot ad spend throughout the day to maximize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to improve campaign effectiveness.

Implement A / B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Oversee and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions for e-commerce growth.

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising tools to stay ahead of competitors.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Coordinate with the inventory and operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with stock availability.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Experience with AI-driven ad optimization and automation tools.

Knowledge of Amazon Advertising, TikTok Ads, and emerging ad platforms.

Basic HTML / CSS skills for landing page optimization.

Ability to adapt quickly and pivot marketing strategies based on performance trends.

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 4-7 years

Qualifications :

Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC and e-commerce.

Proven experience managing high-transaction e-commerce sites (hundreds of daily sales).

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and e-commerce tracking tools.

Experience managing large advertising budgets and reallocating ad spend in real time.

Knowledge of SEO, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).

Strong Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making.
