Morning Front Desk Coordinator – 7:30-12:30
Spine Wellness Cincinnati, a small team of loving physicians offering chiropractic, acupuncture and functional medicine services in Madeira, is seeking a motivated, experienced and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This is a part-time position with morning hours. M, W, Th, F from 7:30am-12:30pm.

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. Know every patient by name and learn something about their life.
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, maintaining accurate schedules and minimizing wait times.
- Answer phone calls and promptly respond to al messages and email inquiries, providing accurate information about our clinic's services, fees and practitioners.
- Assist patients with check-in and registration processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded in our electronic system.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions and concerns.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care, including scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic's practitioners, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A personality that truly cares about the well being of people they have yet to know
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems (ChiroTouch experience a plus).
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am - 12:30 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Wage: The starting wage for this position is $20/hr commensurate with experience and qualifications.
