At Spirax-Sarco, we are seeking an ambitious and proven Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate our dynamic team in Blythewood, SC. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with what we value and site culture.
• Lead the team towards achieving organizational goals and maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
• Manage and develop teams to support business and teammate objectives.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and humility.
• Provide mentoring and coordinate disciplinary discussions fairly and respectfully.
• Ensure operational execution in alignment with OPEX systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support the achievement of site goals and objectives.
• Develop and evaluate reports and documentation to enable policy adherence and site improvements.
• Collaborate with support teams to implement detailed improvements improving efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and integrity among team members.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence in accordance with the OPEX Model.
• Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluations fairly and consistently.
• Ensure all work areas adhere to safety protocols.
• Develop action plans for safety improvements and ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of previous leadership experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience in pipe welding and fabrication processes/technologies preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D Models preferred.
• Proficiency in general industrial safety practices and relevant OSHA rules.
• Microsoft Office skills required - Word, Outlook, and Excel.
