THE TYPE OF FRONT DESK - GUEST SERVICE RECEPTIONIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
