Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Instructor to join our team and provide high-quality gymnastics instruction to students of all ages. We are a mobile program that serves local recreational centers throughout the Fairfax area. If you have a background in physical education, sports coaching, or related fields, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement gymnastics lesson plans for various skill levels
- Instruct students on proper techniques, form, and safety guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Demonstrate exercises and routines to students
- Monitor and assess student progress
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols
- Background in physical education, sports coaching, martial arts, cheerleading, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to educate and motivate students of all ages
- Certification in gymnastics instruction or related disciplines is preferred but not required
