We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our accounts payable team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager have responsibilities in the company’s accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge (preferred experience Sage Intacct), excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position will be responsible for working in collaboration daily with our CFO, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, including AR, AP, payroll and general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and timely reporting of financial results.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to any future accounting team members.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights to management.
• Support other departments with financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tax preparation and financial audits is a plus.
