Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, machinery, and facilities as they arise.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and enhance overall facility operations.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting processes.
- Utilize logic controllers for monitoring system performance and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or managing teams preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
- A logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
