Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to help drive growth by making outbound calls and setting estimate appointments with potential clients. If you’re great at talking to people, enjoy hitting targets, and want to earn commissions, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers.
- Educate clients about Sportzturf’s products and services.
- Schedule estimate appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized call log.
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits:
