HRIS Manager
The Manager HRIS oversees the deployment, and management of the HCM system and associated business processes at Spotless Brands. The Manager HRIS will act as hands-on technical expert will lead the development of integrated approaches for HR data management reporting and serve as primary liaison between HR subject matter experts and all other functional areas as needed to define, analyze, and evaluate needs for service and develop, implement, and execute recommendations.
Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned
- Serve as key member of HR Team working closely with HR stakeholders and cross functional teams to automate HR processes with high quality solutions.
- Lead the planning and deployment of system upgrades, including the scheduling of key activities, testing and communication of system down time.
- Responsible for driving process improvement to support long term human resources business goals and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain in depth people analytics, reporting and dashboarding to proactively support HR strategy and business goals.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines related to HRIS.
- Serves as technical subject matter expert for all HRIS applications.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Acts as primary liaison to IT and vendors.
- Generates required annual, quarterly or ad-hoc reporting for government agency and legal compliance, such as EEO-1.
- Develop and maintain awareness of HR data security and comply with policies and procedures.
- Responsible for HCM configuration, data analysis, and reporting to support new location merger and acquisition activities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
- 6 years of experience in the management and operations of computing systems and database administration.
- Experience with new system integration preferred.
- Experience with UKG platform preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Comprehensive understanding of core HCM modules including Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Time and Attendance.
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced changing environment.
· Must have experience leading projects through all phases of implementation.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Focused on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative.
· Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with greatest degree of initiative.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· The work environment is typical of an office setting. The noise level is usually quiet.
· Travel requirements less than 20%
