Full Job Description
We WILL TRAIN MOTIVATED APPLICANT on how to repair cell phone, Tablets and Laptops. As an Apple Authorized repair provider The training will include access to All Apple official training and certification courses ( ATLAS ),
Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred but not mandatory
POSITION DETAILS
Help all customers for their needs, serve customers by repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction,
Tasks and Responsibilities:
customer service, sales, troubleshooting, cashier,
– Provide recommendations for any problem resolution
– Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
– Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Go Mobile quality standards
– Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work attitude
– Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
– Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
– Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
– Maintain the cleanliness and professional groomed appearance of yourself

Job Type: Part- time . Full-time
Pay : $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord & Locust , NC 28025 & 28097 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
