We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Estimator and Sales Manager to spearhead our sales department, fostering growth and steering our company towards new heights of success.

Your New Role:

As a pivotal part of our team, you’ll be empowered to:

• Forge strong connections, generating leads, and smashing sales targets.
• Craft and negotiate contracts, setting the stage for enduring partnerships.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Be the face of our brand, networking locally to expand our reach.
• Seamlessly integrate sales strategies with our overarching marketing initiatives.
• Champion our company’s offerings, understanding and promoting our unique programs.
• Masterfully manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Embrace the thrill of the industry by participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events annually.
• Oversee the Field Technician Manager and steer the general operations, ensuring the smooth running of our enterprise.

• Proven prowess in sales, with a keen understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A history of stellar customer service, with the ability to cultivate rapport effortlessly.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Technological adeptness, with proficiency in various software tools.
• Readiness for physical aspects of the job, including passing a pulmonary fit test and navigating tight spaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Construction sales: 3 years (Required)
