As a Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead a team of full time and temporary Recruiters to successfully attract talent to our rapidly growing teams at Spring Health. You will coach and develop this growing team through effective talent acquisition strategies, stakeholder management, and remove any potential barriers to their success. You will also operate as a key business partner to our leaders and hiring managers, consulting them on best practices, keeping them informed of their hiring data, and helping them with creative solutions to filling their roles.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work in a player-coach capacity, owning and driving the recruitment of targeted hire requisitions, internal requisitions, and any other requisition that will fill gaps in recruiter capacity as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to your dedicated TA team on anything from hiring manager education and training to day-to-day workflow optimization.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and all necessary cross-functional stakeholders to drive the enhancement and evolution of recruiting programs and strategic initiatives, including, but not limited to : increasing quality of hire, interviewer training and development, recruiter training and development, and DEI talent acquisition strategies.
- Aid in the successful execution of the organization's hiring goals, along with tracking of all roles, their status, target hiring dates, and any changes made to the plan.
- Provide weekly and sometimes ad hoc reporting to leaders and stakeholders.

What We Expect from You
The target base salary range for this position is $129,780 - $150,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
