Summary of Responsibilities:
The Springfield Cardinals are seeking candidates for the Game Day Ambassador position. Game Day Ambassadors are primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating in-game promotions, and working the guest relations kiosks on game days.
Individuals chosen for these positions must be available to work nights, weekends and variable hours as assigned, based on the organization's regular and postseason schedule.

Essential Functions of the Job
- Entertain fans in between innings with in-game promotions
- Assist fans with any questions, comments, and concerns at the guest relations kiosk
- Assist with making the distribution process of giveaways as seamless as possible
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to take ownership of assigned business areas and address issues as they arise
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and prioritize various workloads
- Physical demands: at least 50% walking and 20% using stairs
- Availability to work nights, weekends and variable hours as assigned, based on the regular and postseason schedule
Education and Experience Preferred
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree from College or University with an emphasis in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Sports Administration/Management or a related field
