What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Tulsa Hills?
Administers, directs, and controls the Front Office, Front Desk, and Guest Services for financial success. Manage a team of four (4) Front Desk Employees, further fostering a cohesive and positive work environment, provide coverage/support all shifts, and accountable for achieving success metrics in operational and service standards prescribed by Leisure Hospitality Management.
Position to grow candidate into an Assistant General Manager post in 10 - 18 months.
Hotel Leadership experience required, 2 years minimum.
Marriott experience a PLUS.

Pay: $19.23 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
