Springpoint is seeking an experienced AP / Payroll Representative to join our team!
Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., headquartered in Wall, NJ is in search of an AP / Payroll Representative, responsible for processing all dimensions of payables and payroll for the facilities assigned to them.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and payables information which will result in checks and reports.
- Input payment vouchers and invoices (with Purchase Orders) into AP system.
- Receive and invoice Purchase Orders.
- Run necessary checking reports and checks.
- Sign check with automatic check signer and prepare checks for mailing.
- Run monthly reports and tie in with control log.
- Year-end processing, transfer of files, and 1099 forms.
- Purge Group Purchasing Files on bi-weekly (non-payroll Week) for outstanding items.
- Enter payroll data from time sheets.
- Address IPM Error reports with HR.
- Generate payroll reports.
- Complete Reconcile payroll spreadsheet.
- Generate Control Sheets for Payroll Master Spreadsheet.
- Issue manual payroll checks and enter all manual payroll checks into the Commerce positive pay file.
