What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Manage the manual expensing of freight and accessorial charges for Rail and Ocean bills of lading.
• Audit carrier invoices, approve payments, and provide clerical support to resolve balance dues.
• Reconcile and audit outstanding charges from carriers and freight forwarders through complex research.
• Leverage your intermediate Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to set priorities and ensure seamless operations.

We need someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• Transportation/Supply Chain Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of logistics and freight management.
• Attention to Detail & Teamwork: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; beginner to intermediate Excel skills required.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• At least 1 year of office or clerical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette.
• Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and strong time-management skills.
