We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Wausau, WI team and drive the successful execution of our projects.

Position Summary:
As a Project Manager at Sprinter Datacom, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of low voltage, physical security, and datacom projects. You will be responsible for managing workflows, schedules, and resources while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and clear communication.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within specialty construction, focusing on low voltage, physical security, or datacom systems.
• Experience using project management and industry software such as Q360 ERP, Bluebeam, and D-Tools. Familiarity with industry-standard software like ProCore is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows, schedules, and travel logistics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.

• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
