We are looking for a motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial Healthcare Supply Chain Manager in Atlanta, GA to reimagine, centralize, and optimize the critical supply chain and inventory processes that enable our healthcare delivery model. This is a newly created role reporting to the Director of Market Operations that promises immediate impact and offers significant opportunities for growth and influence.

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll be at the helm of Sprinter Health's inventory and supply chain operations. Your mission will be to design, optimize, and scale processes as well as build a team to ensure our clinicians, who we call Sprinters, have what they need—when and where they need it—to deliver exceptional patient care.
From managing relationships with a multitude of vendors to establishing a new warehouse to developing standardized processes for proactive ordering and distribution, your work will be part of the operational backbone of our care delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Clinical, and Product, to build a resilient and scalable supply chain department. QUALIFICATIONS
- Education : Bachelor's degree
- Proven Expertise : Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management at a national scale in the medical / healthcare industry including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Process Optimization : A track record of standardizing and scaling operational processes with tech enabled solutions.
- Tech-Savviness : Proficiency with inventory management or supply chain management systems (e.g., Arbimed / Pulse, ERP tools) and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership : Experience managing and growing teams as well as driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across an organization.
- Experience in a healthcare startup preferred.
- Experience working with software development teams preffered.
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled shipping preffered.
