Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new development featuring single family homes, cottages, townhomes and apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Conduct property tours and effectively market available units
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair and maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates through effective sales techniques during lease up
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management with knowledge of facilities management
- Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing property operations
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property leasing and management
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their needs effectively
- Ability to uphold high standards of professionalism while representing the property
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
