What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Lead Functional Analyst position at Spruce Technology?
Our client, City Colleges of Chicago is looking for a Salesforece Lead Functional Analyst to join their project team. This person should understand the business requirements to facilitate discussions / configuration related to Call Center and provide their expert input for the Salesforce CRM implementation project scheduled for an approximate Fall 2025 Go-Live and beyond. The goal is to implement a high-volume contact center, including chat and incoming calls.
Requirements :
- Higher Ed experience is required
- Salesforce certification is required (Admin)
- Must have Salesforce experience (Service Cloud / Call Center)
- Must have at least 3 years total as a functional lead and worked on 2 or more Salesforce projects
