Summary
Assist in providing client facing reporting for the Align Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Align Provider Network (PSAO) segment of SPS Health. Reporting directly to the Director on data analytics, this team member will be tasked with working closely with the Client Services Team in delivering continued value-add solutions to the Align customer base. A deep understanding of the LTC operations and service model will be a key driver for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Optimize reporting capabilities to deliver best-in-class reporting and insight into the Align segment customer base.
- Work closely with the Client Services Team and Data Analytics team to quickly and efficiently respond to client requests for data analysis.
- Understand the value proposition of LTC pharmacies and their downstream customers (Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Correctional Facilities, Group Home, among others) to enhance their service offerings.
- Assist Data Analytics Team with monthly deliverables to client base.
- Assist in updating automated access for the client services team.
- Assist the client service steam with quarterly business reviews and continuing to enhance the offerings that are being delivered to the customer base.

Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience. Previous LTC pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. Experience with pharmacy claims and general pharmacy payer mix is preferred but not required

- Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets and apply statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Tableau a plus.
- Solid interpersonal skills with aptitude and drive to learn the inner-workings of business operations.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, manuals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to effectively present information to top management, coworkers and/or boards of directors. Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required with a basic knowledge and understanding of underwriting principals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Environment
The position is primarily hybrid. Office presence 2 times per week is required. Hybrid remote work is available with proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
