Job Title: Delivery Support - Project Controls/Planning
Reports To: The Delivery Support - Project Controls/Planning will report to the Project Manager, Client Manager, Client Director, Managing Vice President, or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview:
The Delivery Support - Project Controls/Planning assumes day-to-day responsibility for overseeing the support for the current fulfillment projects that are performed at buildings across our client site(s). This individual is responsible for onboarding new programs to support additional client groups throughout North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with client stakeholder groups to assess and scope and feasibility for new engagements.
- Takes meetings with client stakeholder groups to scale existing processes to other regions.
- Holds meetings with client stakeholders’ groups for process improvements.
- Designs and provides reporting back to stakeholder groups to ensure audit tracking.
- Reviews ticketing system for all projects for escalation support.
- Interfaces with various stakeholder groups for escalations and exceptions.
- Organizes and maintains new projects.
- Manages quicklinks and resolver groups for all projects.
- Oversees supply inventory management.
- Processes audits with support from team members.
- Performs IT asset collection for terminated employees across all of our clients employee groups.
- Administers departmental devices shipment coordination across all of our clients employee groups.
- Coordinates the receipt of badges from badging offices and send to employees to activate.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn new technologies and grasp technical concepts
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience of 1-2 years in a professional services industry.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with an ability to drive change and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire clients and co-workers to drive collaboration and alignment
Physical Demands:
- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
- Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or may include detection of differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
- Hearing and talking abilities both in person, over the phone, and virtually to support the above job duties.
