Our platform encompasses all leasing activities—including leasing, specialty leasing, and media leasing—while engaging all relevant stakeholders such as Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Legal, Technical, Mall Management, tenants and Brokers.

With an expanding footprint in Europe, we are now looking for a Vice President of Sales – US to drive our growth in the North American market.

The Role

We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales to lead our expansion in the US. This is a strategic role focused on driving revenue growth, securing key accounts, and establishing Squarefeet as the preferred leasing management solution for retail real estate operators.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader in commercial real estate technology, PropTech, or retail real estate with a strong network among REITs, mall operators, and retail landlords. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute a sales strategy that accelerates adoption and drives long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the US sales strategy to establish Squarefeet as the go-to leasing management solution.

Identify and close deals with major retail real estate operators, including REITs, mall owners, and shopping center operators.

Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners.

Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales processes and ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.

Represent Squarefeet at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine our value proposition and ensure alignment with market needs.

Report sales performance and provide strategic insights to the executive team.

What We’re Looking For

10 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial real estate tech sales.

Strong track record of selling enterprise solutions to REITs, mall operators, and retail landlords.

Deep understanding of retail real estate dynamics, specialty leasing, and the PropTech ecosystem.

Existing network of decision-makers in commercial real estate and retail leasing.

Proven ability to close and scale revenue growth.

Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or leasing technology is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
