Responsibilities
- Perform product demonstrations for customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure Excellent customer satisfaction
- Ability to sell Tractors and heavy equipment
- Utilize customer service skills to address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment and tractors.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and provide excellent service
