Face Frame Builder - Hollingshead Cabinet

We are seeking a skilled Face Frame Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and attaching solid wood face frames to cabinet boxes, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This role requires precision in woodworking, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in every project.   Key Responsibilities: Build and attach face frames that consist of horizontal rails and vertical stiles to the front of cabinet boxes. Work from sketches or CAD drawings to assemble face frames accurately. Operate woodworking tools, including power table saws, cross-cut saws, miter saws, planers, and sanders, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Evaluate and verify dimensions, squareness, and parallelism to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Conduct quality control checks on items passing through and out of the workstation. Collaborate with team members and assist within the plant as needed, particularly during busy periods or when materials are low. Communicate effectively with customers and new clients when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with safety practices for manual and power equipment. Flexibility in daily hours and willingness to work overtime when required.   Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in home or professional cabinet construction. Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to read and understand fractions on a tape measure. Proficient in general math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as understanding fractional values. Experience operating pneumatic tools and power equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously. Ability to work closely with other team members in a collaborative environment. Positive attitude with a professional demeanor, especially in customer-facing situations. Willingness to be trained in forklift operation and safety features.   Working Conditions: Must be prepared to begin shifts on time and work the full shift unless emergencies arise. Dress attire should remain comfortable yet professional.
