The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our paid media campaign. Work with the marketing innovation team, analytics, finance, IT and investment teams to drive growth, enhance brand visibility and maximize ROI across all digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinate and execute paid media campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, email, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.Collaboration & Coordination :Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging adAssist in managing budgets for paid mediaSupport planning sessions and document processes within the marketing team to streamline operations and ensure consistency.Performance Analysis :Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI.
Partner with the digital operations manager to conduct A / B testing and implement optimization techniques to enhance campaignGenerate regular performance reports to inform strategic decision-Market Research & Trend Analysis :Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Analyze competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.Qualifications :
BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with paid mediaFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solvingIntermediate Excel skills for reporting, analysis, budgeting, and reconciliationExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with strong communicationSROA Offers :
