Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support client with their SAP HR and Payroll functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving AMS tickets, analyzing and resolving defects, and configuring SAP HCM modules. The candidate must have strong communication skills, expertise in SAP HR and Payroll, and should be comfortable with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of AMS (Application Management Services) with a focus on resolving tickets within defined SLA, transporting changes to production, and working on-call as needed. ABAP debugging knowledge will be an added advantage for functional consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
AMS Skills:
- Receive, analyze, and resolve tickets/issues from business in the AMS project.
- Ensure resolution of tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Perform testing and transportation of changes to the production environment.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of incident management processes and SLAs.
- Work with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
- Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support on a rotational basis.
- ABAP debugging knowledge is preferred for functional consultants.
SAP HCM Skills:
- Expertise in SAP HR and Payroll
- Perform defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP HR and SAP Payroll.
- Design, configure, and test SAP HCM modules.
- Work with various SAP HCM sub-modules such as:

- Recruitment (PA-RC)
- Personnel Administration
- Benefits (PA-BN)
- Personnel Development
- Organizational Management
- Compensation Management (PA-CM)
