Support scheduling and logistics analysis for NGL movements from inventory locations, gas plants, refineries, and rail suppliers to terminals, ensuring timely, dependable, and cost-effective delivery to meet sales demand.
Basic Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in logistics or supply chain management, including pipe, rail, truck logistics, product scheduling, and inventory control.
Skills
Ensure reliable supply to meet sales demand while minimizing inventory and maximizing margins.
Negotiate profitable supply contracts and manage logistics to reduce operational costs.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- MBA or equivalent.
- Experience in the scheduling and energy industry.
- 30%: Support rail and pipeline product schedulers, ensuring timely and accurate product scheduling to meet inventory goals.
- 30%: Assist rail analyst with contract receipts, deliveries, and favorable exchange relationships.
- 20%: Update demand forecasting, system inputs, and ensure timely invoice payments.
- 10%: Support inventory control and daily position reporting to ensure accurate risk reporting.
- 10%: Provide backup for daily position reporting process.
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
