Overview
SSOE is seeking an Architectural Business Leader to continue the growth of the firm in the commercial industry. The opportunity is part of a continued strategic investment that SSOE is making to strengthen and grow the architecturally based design practice. This position will be part of the practice-level leadership team and will be given the resources needed to expand our client base in government markets, specifically judicial / courhouse structures. Business development, client management, and overall team vision / leadership are necessary qualities.

In addition to industry leading salary compensation, this position will be eligible for a generous bonus package and profit sharing and includes the opportunity to purchase shares in the company- shares that have significantly outperformed both the S&P and Dow averages.
Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment.
- This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels.
- Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects.
- Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning / coordination of overall programs and specific projects.
- Travel required.

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
