Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year

Required Experience: 3 years managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee industrial and commercials electrical construction projects.
- Thoroughly understand and manage P&ID control wiring and PLCs.
- Oversee generator installations.
- Utilize and be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Blue Beam.
- Preferably have experience with P6 scheduling.
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain attention to detail and efficient time management.
- Plan and delegate work effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
- Strong verbal communication, hearing, and visual acuity for effective interaction with employees, managers, subordinates, and guests.
