St. Ann's Home & School, in Methuen, MA, is a leader in special education and residential programming, offering private day programs, child and adolescent residential services, along with a broad range of outpatient services.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of therapeutic services within our residential program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical management, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to our mission and community values.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in a residential, school or non-profit setting is preferred.
