Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Residential Maintenance and Turf Divisions as a Senior Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving divisional growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the RM and Turf Divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive divisional growth, meeting sales targets and expanding our client base.
- Manage customer relationships, overseeing contract renewals and ensuring client retention through exceptional service.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Expertise in turf care and landscape enhancement project management.
- Proven experience in account management and managing field crews.
- Familiarity with LMN, Fleetio, and CompanyCam (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong management and training capabilities; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
