Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Quality Analyst in the Fetal Testing Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that the coding of all imaging procedures is complete and accurate. You will interact with radiologists, physicians, and imaging technologists to clarify documentation necessary to code imaging procedures.

Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Quality Analyst in the Fetal Testing Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that the coding of all imaging procedures is complete and accurate. You will interact with radiologists, physicians, and imaging technologists to clarify documentation necessary to code imaging procedures.
- You will assist with patient flow in the imaging center
- You will review daily reports for appropriate and accurate charging of procedures
- You will code imaging reports and perform coding support activities
- You will review, correct, update, and maintain the imaging services order entry and charge related dictionaries
- You will correct, track, develop, and maintain reports of all charging and coding mistakes and errors
- You will ensure all exams and procedures reflect appropriate pricing
- You will develop and teach billing and coding educational components to staff
- You will communicate with physicians to resolve coding issues
Experience
- Previous experience in an applicable field – preferred
- Previous clerical experience in a hospital, front office, or medical billing office – preferred
- 2 years of coding experience – preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology – preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent OR proof of enrollment in or a graduate of an accredited university
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university
