- 18 years of age or older, required.
- Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired.

- Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection.
- First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.

Summary of Duties:
Summer Kids Connection is a child care program providing care for children 3 years through grade 5. Support Staff may work morning hours, afternoon hours, or full day hours. Support Staff may be asked to assist with the needs of one child or offer assistance to program staff and assist with behavioral, emotional, or physical needs of multiple children.Positions 1,020 hours or more per year are benefit eligible
