Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Welcome to St. Francis Center! Our facility provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident.

Working under the direction of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the Physical Plant’s equipment for our Facility.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance work as needed
• Must be able to perform plumbing and electrical work
• Transports tools, equipment and supplies as needed
• Lifts heavy merchandise and equipment as needed
• Ensures that the residents receive the highest level of care and safety in regards to maintenance and cleanliness
• Performs other related job duties as required

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum four years' experience in general maintenance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license
