Location: Hillsboro, TX

Type: Full-time | 100% Onsite

Experience Level: Senior

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Accountant with at least 7 years in public accounting and a proven background preparing and reviewing moderate to complex tax returns (1120, 1065, 1040). This is an on-site position with a clear path to office leadership within 2–3 years.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns independently (1120, 1065, 1040)
• Deep understanding of U.S. tax code and compliance regulations
• CPA license preferred; EA will be considered
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem FX, Drake, or other tax software
• Ability to take initiative and manage client relationships
• Must be currently located in Texas or willing to relocate to Hillsboro, TX

Prior experience with farming or agricultural clients is a strong plus
