Position Overview and Responsibilities
The Student Activities Coordinator is a 10-month staff position responsible for leading and supporting a broad range of student life initiatives for students in grades 6 through 12. This individual will play a key role in shaping the student experience by overseeing events, clubs, and recreational sports programming. The coordinator will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to enhance student engagement and promote a vibrant school culture.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to work effectively with boys in grades 6-12.
Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with middle and high school students.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage events.
Demonstrated experience with program management, including scheduling, supervision, and equipment management.
Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Standing/sitting for long periods of time.
Bending, lifting, pushing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to reach at and above shoulder height to access higher areas of equipment, etc.
Must be capable of adapting to frequent changes in position throughout the workday.
Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person or on the telephone.
Use of hands and fingers for manipulation, and using computer keyboard, educational tools, play equipment, and perform first aid and CPR.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
