We are passionate about making a difference and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Donor Relations & Marketing Manager to join our team!

Position Summary:

The Donor Relations & Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives, manage internal and external communications, and enhance brand presence. This role will also develop and manage relationships with individuals to secure financial contributions in support of the organization’s mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors to ensure long-term engagement and philanthropic support. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling donor messages.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
• Graphic design and video editing skills (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong ability to present funding opportunities and close major gifts.
• Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.).
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential donor information.
• Ability to travel for donor meetings and events as needed.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
