What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grants Coordinator position at St. Leonard's Ministries?
Since 1954 St. Leonard's Ministries has been empowering formerly incarcerated men and women to lead whole and productive lives. Holistic services provide emergency and permanent supportive housing, cognitive behavioral therapy, healthcare, substance use treatment, education, and employment training. Men and women transform their lives as evidenced by an exceptionally low recidivism rate with 95% of women and 84% of men remaining free after completing the St. Leonard’s program.
The Grants Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Grants and Quality Improvement in the coordination and execution of all grant contractual funders' directed monitoring(s) and serves as secondary point of contact with funders for grant issues. The Grants Coordinator also supports the Development Team with donations, social media, communications, and event planning.
