Overview
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Program Manager to support St. Luke's Housing within our Real Estate team.
Unit/Position SummaryThe Program Manager will support St. Luke’s employee and contractor housing initiatives, including managing the housing property portfolio and administering the program. The Program Manager will work with employees, philanthropic partners, and community partners to build and administer St. Luke’s Housing Program.
Responsibilities
- Oversees housing portfolio, including lease management, financial structure, and employee housing needs assessments.
- Manages processes for communicating housing opportunities and selecting housing candidates.
- Plans and implements complex projects/programs across the health system.
- Ensures strategic direction of project/programs is in line and designs strategies for alignment with both health system and department goals and objectives.
- Interacts with, consults and makes recommendations to senior & executive management on significant housing and real estate issues, with the ability to articulate complex financial, real estate, and strategic concepts to executives and influence change when needed.
- Exhibits broad knowledge of housing, financing for housing, and real estate functions and/or policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Analyzes and assess complex financial challenges and self-manages to resolution with little direction.
- Determines key issues, develops effective action plans and implements to successful conclusion.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 3 years relevant experience
